H613 DR. Chem Anti-Seize Compound
Anti-seize compound for screws is an extremely high-temperature anti-seize assembly paste composed of high-viscosity, high-temperature resistant synthetic oil, a large amount of inorganic solid lubricants, and additives such as anti-corrosion and anti-rust agents. This high-temperature anti-seize paste forms a protective coating that can withstand extremely high temperatures, is not easily washed away or burned off, and offers excellent waterproofing, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, and anti-fretting wear properties for metal threads and parts. It can form a solid dry film lubricant in environments above 200°C and provides lubrication and prevents metal seizure at temperatures up to 982°C. It is suitable for lubricating components that are frequently difficult to disassemble and for preventing seizing, corrosion, or oxidation in high-temperature or humid conditions.
Applications include spark plug threads, exhaust manifold bolts, chains, seat posts, mass air flow sensors, thermostat housing bolts, fittings, and brake system connections. (Temperature range: -30°F to 1800°F (-34°C to 982°C))
