Asia Bicycle provides a one-year carry-in warranty/maintenance service to purchasers of Asia Bicycle’s authorized brand products (unless otherwise specified). Parts subject to normal wear and tear and damage caused by human factors are not covered under the warranty. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty service provided by Asia Bicycle applies only to original genuine products purchased from Asia Bicycle and its authorized dealers. To claim warranty/maintenance service, the original purchase invoice is required (photocopies or copies will not be accepted).
If Asia Bicycle’s authorized products have serial number labels, Asia Bicycle reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if the labels have been altered or damaged.
The warranty service provided by Asia Bicycle applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Once the bicycle or its parts are transferred to another person, the warranty/maintenance service for the bicycle or parts will become void.
Asia Bicycle’s authorized products come with independent usage guidelines and limitations. Asia Bicycle reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for damage resulting from failure to follow the usage guidelines and limitations. For usage guidelines and limitations of specific models, please contact Asia Bicycle.
Asia Bicycle will perform maintenance and repair services using new, refurbished, or equivalent parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the circumstances. The purchaser may not object to this. Any parts replaced during maintenance and repair services, whether defective or not, shall become the property of Asia Bicycle.
Asia Bicycle will not provide any warranty service for products that have been modified. Damage caused by misuse, non-original parts, negligence, or human factors is not covered under the warranty.
Asia Bicycle and its dealers shall not be liable for any of the following: any damages, including but not limited to direct accidental, indirect accidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
The right to interpret the final warranty terms belongs exclusively to Asia Bicycle. Asia Bicycle reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Asia Bicycle reserves the right of final decision.
Returns
Return & Exchange Scope and 14-Day Service Period
Online Store Orders (Non-In-Store Pickup): Customers may enjoy a 14-day return or exchange service after receiving the goods (based on the delivery receipt record).
In-Store Purchases or In-Store Pickup Orders: Only a 14-day exchange service is provided; refunds are not available.
Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please contact our customer service and provide your order number. Arrangements for return shipping or in-store processing can only be made after confirmation.
Return & Exchange Conditions and Restrictions
Returned or exchanged items must be brand new, unused, and unopened, with hangtags intact, and must be returned together with the original packaging and all included accessories/gifts.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange: Clearance/sale items, customized/made-to-order items, and intimate wear products (such as cycling jerseys, cycling shorts, water bottles, etc., for hygiene reasons).
Shipping Fees and Related Charges
Personal Reason Returns (Online Orders Only):
Returned products must be shipped by the purchaser at their own expense to Asia Bicycle’s designated Hong Kong address.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable; if the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost of that delivery will be deducted from the refund.
The refund amount will also deduct transaction fees incurred to complete the order (such as credit card/third-party payment processing fees).
Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments (Exchange Only):
If the received product is defective or does not match the order, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
In this case, only an exchange service is provided (no refunds). Asia Bicycle will bear the related round-trip shipping costs. The exchange process can only be confirmed and arranged after the customer cooperates by returning the defective or incorrect item and it is verified by us.
Refund Arrangement and Notes
Asia Bicycle will arrange the refund within 14 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions (the refund will be processed via the original payment method).
If you have not received the refund within 15 days after initiating the refund request/completing the return, please proactively contact us so that we can check the status for you.
Modification of Terms and Final Decision Rights
