Asia Bike provides a one-year carry-in warranty/repair service for products of brands represented by Asia Bike (unless otherwise specified). Parts subject to natural wear and tear and damage caused by human error are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty service provided by Asia Bike is only applicable to genuine original products purchased from Asia Bike and its authorized dealers. To obtain warranty/repair service, the original purchase invoice must be presented (photocopies or duplicates are not accepted).
If products represented by Asia Bike have serial number labels that are altered or damaged, Asia Bike reserves the right to refuse warranty service.
The warranty service provided by Asia Bike is only applicable to the original product purchaser and is non-transferable. If the bicycle or its parts are transferred, the warranty/repair service for that bicycle or its parts becomes void.
Products represented by Asia Bike each have independent usage guidelines and restrictions. Asia Bike reserves the right to refuse warranty service for any damage caused by not following these guidelines and restrictions. Asia Bike will perform warranty and repair services using new, refurbished, or similar parts, as recommended by the manufacturer and depending on the situation. Purchasers shall not object to this. All parts replaced during warranty and repair services, whether good or bad, shall be owned by Asia Bike.
Asia Bike will not provide any warranty service for products that have been modified. All misuse, damage caused by non-original parts, negligence, or human error are not covered by the warranty.
Asia Bike and its dealers are not responsible for any of the following events: any damages, including but not limited to direct incidental, indirect incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Asia Bike reserves the right to interpret all final warranty terms. Asia Bike reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Asia Bike reserves the right to make the final decision.
Returns
All products sold by Asia Bike are eligible for a 14-day return service. (Fees apply, including but not limited to: transaction fees, logistics fees, and fees incurred to complete the order)
Returned products must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returned products must be shipped at the buyer's expense to the Hong Kong address designated by Asia Bike.
Asia Bike will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. All shipping-related fees are non-refundable.
