1. SF Express Station Self-Pickup

Delivery Time	Approximately 2-3 working days after payment
Remarks	Please pay attention to the pickup notification in the SF Express App. Overdue pickup will incur fees (paid by the recipient upon collection). 2. SF Express - Door-to-Door Delivery
Fees	Charged by weight/volume, displayed after entering address at checkout
Delivery Time	Approximately 3-4 working days after payment
Remarks	Please pay attention to the delivery notification in the SF Express App. Bicycles and large items cannot be shipped via this method *Total weight 20 kg or below (calculated by volume and weight)

3. Delivery Service (Roadside Collection)
Fees	Orders of HKD 1,000 or above: Free Orders below HKD 1,000: HKD 100
Time	2-5 working days
Remarks	We will notify you of the delivery time after receiving the order. Specific delivery times are not available; for scheduled times, please use GoGoX/Lalamove service Delivery to roadside where a 5.5-ton truck can park. 4. Assisted Call for Lalamove / GoGoX Service
Fees	Paid by the recipient to the driver upon collection Shipping fee provided by the service provider. You can check the reference price in the GoGoX or Lalamove App, or inquire with us.
Delivery Time	Approximately 4 hours or 1 working day after payment For reference only, subject to the service provider's delivery timeframe
Remarks	Departure point is Yuen Long Customer needs to unload from the vehicle themselves, or negotiate unloading fees with the driver. We will confirm with the recipient before dispatch. Once confirmed, all transportation, waiting, bridge tolls, tunnel fees, and parking fees will be borne by the recipient. If no specific service provider is designated, we will use any suitable transportation service provider (not limited to Lalamove or GoGoX)
