1. Pickup at SF Express
Fee
  • Orders over HK$300: Free
  • Orders under HK$300: Based on weight/volume, please refer to SF Express website
Delivery time
  • Approximately 2-3 business days after payment
Note
  • Please pay attention to the pickup notification on the SF Express App. Overdue pickups will incur charges (to be paid by the recipient upon pickup).
  • You can add SF Express points to your address book in your shopping cart
  • Bicycles and large items cannot be shipped this way

2. Delivery Service (Roadside Pickup)
Fees
  • Orders over HK$1000: Free
  • Orders under HK$1000: HK$100
Time
  • 2-5 working days
Remarks
  • We will notify you of the delivery time after receiving your order. Delivery time scheduled and cannot be specified. For a specified delivery time, please use GoGoX/LaLaMove service.
  • Delivery to the roadside where a 5.5-ton truck can park. An additional HKD 150 will be charged for delivery upstairs. Delivery to 10 or more steps will be negotiated separately.
  • Time is for reference only. Please inquire with us for actual delivery time.
  • Please inquire with us for delivery to outlying islands/Ma Wan.
