Refund policy

Scope of Returns & Exchanges and 14-Day Service Period

  • Online Store Orders (Non-In-Store Pickup): Customers are entitled to a 14-day return or exchange service upon receiving the product (based on the delivery receipt date).

  • In-Store Purchases or In-Store Pickup Orders: Only a 14-day exchange service is available; refunds are not accepted.

  • Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. Arrangements for return shipment or in-store processing can only be made upon confirmation.

Conditions and Limitations for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items for return or exchange must be brand new, unused, unopened, with tags intact, and returned together with the original packaging and all included accessories/gifts.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Clearance/sale items, customized products, and personal wear/hygiene items (e.g., cycling jerseys, cycling shorts, water bottles, etc., due to hygiene considerations).

Shipping and Related Fee Details

  • Returns for Personal Reasons (Online Store Orders Only):

    • The customer must return the product to the designated Asia Bicycle address in Hong Kong at their own expense.

    • Original order shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred for that order will be deducted from the refund.

    • Transaction fees generated by completing the order (e.g., credit card / third-party payment processing fees) will also be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items (Exchange Only):

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

    • In this scenario, only exchange services are provided (no refunds). Asia Bicycle will cover the relevant round-trip shipping costs. The exchange process will only be established and arranged after the customer returns the defective or incorrect item and it is verified by the company.

Refund Arrangements and Important Notes

  • Asia Bicycle will arrange refunds within 14 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions (refunds will be issued via the original payment method).

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 days after initiating a refund application or completing a return, please contact us promptly so we can check the status for you.

Modification of Terms and Final Decision Right

  • Asia Bicycle reserves all rights regarding the interpretation of these return and exchange terms. Asia Bicycle reserves the right to modify the above terms and regulations at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Asia Bicycle reserves the right to make the final decision.
