All bicycles that are delivered within Hong Kong will be fully assembled unless request otherwise.

1. Pick up at nearby S.F. Express Stores - List of S.F. Express Stores
Fee
  • Order over HKD300: Free of charge
  • Order under HKD300: Calculated by weight/size, please refer to S.F. Express Website
Time
  • 1-2 working days after payment
Note
  • Please fill in S.F. Store Code in Shipping Address (eg: 852ABC) when checking out.
  • Complete bicycles and bulky objects may not be shipped with this method.
  • Buyer bears the transport risk.

 

2. Point to Point Delivery
Fee
  • Order over HK$1500: Free of charge
  • Order over HK$1000: HK$100
  • Order under HK$1000: HK$200
Time
  • N.T. West / North: Monday / Thursday
  • N.T. East: Tuesday / Friday
  • Kowloon: Wednesday
  • Hong Kong Island: Friday

  • Deliver to designated road side only. Extra charge of HKD150 applies if delivery to door is required，extra charge apply if delivery to place requires walking 2 or more storeys of staircase.

  • Free delivery excludes Island District / Ma Wan / Tung Chung
